My stay at Callaway Lodge was a mix of highs and lows. While the beautiful natural setting is a real draw and the staff in the dining room provided stellar service, the many closed amenities during our visit were quite disappointing. It seems they are understaffed and not fully prepared to deliver the experiences they advertise, which was frustrating for my family and me. I appreciated the efforts of the Operations Manager to improve our experience, but overall, the lack of available services left much to be desired.

I had a pleasant stay at Callaway Resort, with beautifully maintained grounds and a clean room. The pool area was enjoyable, and there were plenty of activities to engage in around the resort. However, the service left something to be desired as staff seemed indifferent during my visit, and there were some technological issues in the room, which made for a less than ideal stay.

My stay at the Mountain Inn was quite disappointing. Initially, I was confused about the location due to unclear reservation details. The room had a rat trap by the door, and the cold temperature made for an uncomfortable night. Breakfast was overpriced, and the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. Overall, I found it to be one of my worst hotel experiences.
